This two-day experience offers WIB members the opportunity to engage directly in the legislative process,
connect with ABA and WIB leadership, and advocate on issues impacting our industries.
The Fly-In will also include a BusPAC fundraiser for BusPAC contributors, which directly supports ABA’s government advocacy efforts, helping strengthen the bus and group travel industry’s voice on Capitol Hill.
If you have not already done so, you must sign a prior approval form before contributing.
Participation is open to active ABA members only and is limited to 40 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be available and participants will be notified if space opens.
To make planning your trip to DC a little easier, we’ve secured a room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Navy Yard (1265 First Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003). The nightly rate is $299. The room block is limited and available until May 26, 2026.
