This two-day experience offers AAC members the opportunity to engage directly in the legislative process,
connect with ABA and Council leadership, and advocate on issues impacting our industries.
The Fly-In will also include a BusPAC fundraiser for BusPAC contributors, which directly supports ABA’s government advocacy efforts, helping strengthen the bus and group travel industry’s voice on Capitol Hill.
Contributing to BusPAC is one of the most impactful ways to support the advocacy work behind the Fly-In, strengthening the bus and group travel industry's voice on Capitol Hill and helping drive real results for members across the country.
If you have not already done so, you must sign a prior approval form before contributing.
Participation is open to active ABA members only and is limited to 40 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be available and participants will be notified if space opens.
AAC's Capitol Hill Fly-In brings together passionate leaders and advocates to engage directly with lawmakers and shape the policies that impact our industry and communities.

To make planning your trip to DC a little easier, we’ve secured a room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Navy Yard (1265 First Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003). The nightly rate is $329. The room block is limited and available until August 17, 2026.
The Hampton Inn & Suites Navy Yard is SOLD OUT for the fly-in dates as are many area hotels. Below are a couple of hotels which had availability as of Aug. 20 for the fly-in dates. There are also multiple hotels in Maryland and Virginia just a short ride share away.
