I’m the Director of Guest Services at the Cincinnati Museum Center, where I lead our call center team and oversee group sales. My role is a blend of strategy and service, from setting sales goals and crafting outreach plans to ensuring every guest interaction feels welcoming and credible. I also represent Cincinnati Museum Center at industry events, building connections and bringing new groups to the city of Cincinnati.

I’ve spent the last eight years working in museums across Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Ohio, and each role has added a new layer to how I approach guest experience and engagement. From guest experience and interpretation to education outreach and group sales, I’ve had the chance to wear many different hats, all of which have shaped how I lead and connect with people today.

I’ve known about Women in Buses for a bit now, but I didn’t decide to join until Nora Campbell from the National Aquarium encouraged me to! I’m looking forward to connecting with others across the industry, finding new ways to grow, and giving back whenever I can.

Why should I care about political advocacy? I work in tourism

Wednesday, September 2, 2:00 pm ET

Whether you manage a hotel, operate attractions, work in destinations, or support motorcoach travel, decisions made in Washington and at the state level directly impact our businesses, our guests, and our industry's future.

  • Share firsthand experiences from the recent ABA Fly-In
  • Explain how advocacy affects tourism professionals
  • Discuss why every voice matters
  • Even if you don't consider yourself "political", advocacy isn't about politics—it's about protecting and strengthening the travel industry we all love
